A film with a soundtrack you love...

There is only one film I know back to front because of its soundtrack and that film is The Holiday.

It's Hans Zimmer, surprise surprise why I love this one so much. But the music itself tells the story just as the film does.

I remember when my family and I went to Italy to see some of our friends, and the adults put on The Holiday in Italian upstairs whilst us 'kids' played downstairs. I, however, was just listening to the music. And I was telling everyone where they were in the film, because I remembered the music.

The soundtrack is what I care about most in some films. When I have enjoyed a film in the cinema (or at home) I always listen to the soundtrack and add my favourites to my ever-growing playlist.

When we saw Hans Zimmer live, they played an excerpt from The Holiday, the jolly theme of Arthur Abbott, and it gave me goosebumps.

I keep saying it, but Hans Zimmer is an absolute genius!
